Order app for waiters/waitresses Design
I designed a mobile app for "Bảo Gia Trang Viên green resort" to streamline the order management and table serving processes for waitstaff.
Orders are automatically transmitted to the kitchen for fulfillment via electronic tickets. As meals are prepared, estimated completion times are updated.
The design process: (2 days)
Once I’m happy with the lo-fi wireframes, I move on to the high-fidelity ones. I got the avatars & names from UIFaces.
Final design
The Order process is designed to be straightforward to minimize distraction.
When user login, after selecting POS it will straight forward to table manage screen.
The app displays table statuses in colors on a floor plan. Waiters can access customer details and the digital menu with one tap to easily take orders, streamlining service.
